As a retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and a devoted single mom of three boys, I’ve navigated a challenging yet rewarding path. My journey from Management Analyst in the US Air Force to Certified Elite Trainer and Yoga Instructor is fueled by a passion for helping others. Through roles on the New Mexico American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Board, Team Rubicon, and as a Master Resiliency Trainer, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others’ well-being.

My yoga journey began in 2009 in Abilene, Texas, as a solution to SI joint pain, eventually leading me to conquer ovarian cancer, Fibromyalgia, and Tachycardia. The transformative power of yoga not only relieved physical pain but also bolstered my mental resilience. By embracing yoga and seeking help from a psychologist, I overcame past traumas and empowered myself to pursue my dream of becoming a Yoga Instructor.

“In the midst of challenges, remember: your story is a testament to resilience, your journey a beacon of hope, and your perseverance an inspiration to all.”

Sincerely Jello “Smile it Is Good for you” Jello 😊
